Kimberly Wind is Of Counsel at Hart King with over 20 years of business litigation experience, specializing in construction law. She focuses much of her practice on legal issues dealing with public works, private, commercial, industrial, cellular sites, mechanic liens and stop notice litigation, oil plume cleanup and toxic mold litigation, contract and construction defect disputes, Miller actions, surety bond claims, bid protesting, licensing issues, union and labor/wage disputes, prevailing wage and audit issues, labor board disputes, construction defect and insurance coverage issues, as well as handling significant environmental and trade secret misappropriation disputes. Kimberly has published numerous articles for the AGC (Association of General Contractors) Magazine, the San Diego Union Tribune, CASD Trial News, The Legal Perspective, Condo Management Magazine and the OC Bar Magazine. She is a frequent speaker for educational programs for the Engineering Contractors Association, CAOC, OCBA, CACM/CAI, University of Nevada and Nevada Trial Lawyers.
