Biography

Neil Cacali is an associate with Hart King and is a member of the firm's real estate litigation and manufactured housing practice groups. He has experience in non-judicial foreclosures as well as unlawful detainer defense.

Prior to joining Hart King, Neil worked as an associate for an Orange County law firm where he focused much of his practice on non-judicial foreclosures, with a particular emphasis on mortgage modifications. Neil also has experience with tax law and unlawful detainer defense. During law school, Neil served as a mediator at the Pacific McGeorge Housing Mediation Center, focusing on landlord/tenant disputes.
